We are beginning to explore the possibility of reviving the Royalties Court legislation.

I mentioned to Erez that you would be willing to come for a visit to share with us some of the history of your work on the creation of a Royalties Court. If you're offer is still open, Erez (and I) would be happy to host you here at Erez's office to hear what you have to say. Afterwards we can go out for humus. If that works for you, let me know some days that work for you, or alternatively I can have Erez's secretary (Adina) contact your secretary to work something out.
