Query: I have some problems:

1. I on premises environment and I try to download the ePO application from the web portal, but I don't find the first installation only the update file.

How can I download the first installation file?

2. I don't find the License of the ePO and the device control.

1. For EPO 5.10 base version installation file, Yes, EPO 5.10 Base version setup file is not available in Trellix Product download site, reason is that there is rebranding transition is going on from Mcafee to Trellix.

Hence, some of product are not available to download.

I have sent you separate e-mail with EPO 5.10 Base version link to download it.

If you have missed the e-mail, you can use below Link to download the setup file.

2. For EPO, you find the License Keys in Trellix Product download site.

I am not trained on the Device control product to get license keys.

You might need to open new SR ticket with Device control product team to get the license keys.

I am technical support engineer, i will not be having information about your license and product Grant number.
