On Tuesday there were demolitions throughout the Negev in various "Unvrcognized" villages such as Atir slated to be wiped out.  El-Araqib was demolished for the 58th time.  This village that is valliantly hanging on has suffered increased harrassment and arrests in recent weeks.  Many of us who are inspired by their courage seek to in turn give strength to the men, women and children of El-Araqib in their time of need.

Around the country their will be "Sukkot Shalom," and where could it be more appropriate thatn in El-Araqib.  RHR will not participate in the building of a Sukkat Shalom on Thursday, but we have been asked to organize an interfaith prayer service on Friday at 13:00.  Please call Rabbi Arik Ascherman if you can particpate, 050-5607034
