According to the press release, it seems that they won't be releasing the entire complaint until after they file it on Tuesday. Virtually all of the Swedish newspaper articles I've found that discuss this essentially copy and paste all of their information from the press release.

Press Release, which has most of the information. The organization is filing a police complaint against four Israeli officials: Gabi Ashkenazi, Eli Marom, Benny Gantz, and Ram Rothenberg.
