Hi Marlene. This would include advice from our litigators in London. They have been researching cases in UK courts. Not sure whether they can provide advice re rest of EU. We do have a new Frankfurt office which includes German litigators, and I can check with them. The questions would involve a half-dozen of our lawyers with backgrounds in US litigation, UK and EU litigation, criminal law, and bank regulation.

For this phase, you envisioned several more video-conferences (and preparation for them) and possible further written advice over the next several months.

I am thinking about a proposal of $45,000 for up to 60 hours of work. This would be consistent with the fees for the first few months of the project in May/June 2016.

Does this sound reasonable? If so, I will propose to our own budget committee.
