On a different matter, we are glad to inform you that the ministerial committee has decided to retain the services of your firm.
As part of the contractual process, our regulations require that the attached "Foreign Supplier Form" be filled out so that we can register your invoices and provide you with payment. Please fill it out and send it to us at your convenience.
We are currently working on drafting a contract in accordance with your fee proposal, which we will forward to you for signing.

To the best of my knowledge the Swiss medias mentioned , so far ,only Tzipi Livni. However, we will continue to monitor the situation closely.
Of course, we cannot exclude that the complaint also targeted other, lesser-known officials.
I confirm that there is a risk to be arrested when they arrive in Switzerland.
As explain in our memorandum, the basis of Swiss jurisdiction is the presence in the country of the person accused of war crime, at the time of the opening of the criminal proceedings.
Regarding tomorrow, my partner Christian Lüscher will answer you directly about the time for a conference call .
