מצ"ב טיוטה מתוקנת מטעם פקיד השומה לגבי ההערות ששלחתם. מרבית ההערות
לא מקובלות.
2.
אבקש להדגיש:
א. הסכם השומה ייחתם אך ורק מול אריה עובדיה ולא מול החברה. השומה בצו יצאה רק לנישום ולא לחברה.
ב. הטיפול השומתי לשנות מס אחרות לא מוצה ולא הושלם. לפיכך, אין ולא תהיה הסכמה לאישור שומה "01". לכל היותר, פקיד השומה נכון יהיה להסכים כי סוגית המשיכות/יתרות,
לפי הסכם הפשרה לא תידון יותר.
ג. לגבי נטרול ריבית – ראו ההערה בגוף הטקסט.
3.
מציע לשוחח טלפונית ולנסות לסיים את נקודות המחלוקת.
