שלום לכולם,

 

לפני שעה קלה הסתיים סבב המשא ומתן השני בין ישראל לבין האיחוד הכלכלי האירו-אסייתי (EAEU) להסכם אס"ח.

 

הסבב, אותו קיימנו בירושלים ונמשך 4 ימים מלאים, התקיים בהשתתפות 39 נציגים מצד האא"א שהגיעו במסגרת 4 משלחות (רוסיה, בלרוס, קזחסטן ונציבות האיחוד), ו-21 משתתפים מצד ישראל – נציגי משרדי החקלאות, החוץ, האוצר (מינהל המכס), המשפטים, והכלכלה והתעשייה.

 

במהלך הסבב קיימנו את קבוצות העבודה הבאות: גישה לשווקים, כללי מקור, שת"פ מכסי ופישוט סחר, יישוב סכסוכים, סוגיות משפטיות ורוחביות, היטלי סחר, תקינה (TBT), אמצעים סניטריים ופיטו-סניטרים ((SPS, מסחר מקוון, סחר וסביבה, ורכש ממשלתי.
