Dear Nina,
Further to my earlier email, we have also obtained the initial batch of bank records.
2. I first attach copies of the account opening mandates and account statements of the subject HSBC Accounts which we have scanned into pdf file for ease of transmission by email. Due to the file size limitation there will be a second email transmitting the remaining batch.

3. Since the HSBC transaction records are voluminous, it is estimated that it would take an additional HK$70,000 to HK$80,000 for obtaining record of transfer of all transactions involving HK$10,000 above for the HSBC accounts. Hence we have requested HSBC to suspend the production process in respect of the record of transfer for cost concern.
4. Please let us know if you would prefer obtaining record of transfer of all transactions involving HK$10,000 above, or if you would like to select particular transactions from the account statements for printing the record of transfer. If the latter course is preferred, please highlight from the statements the transactions of interest.
5. For information, the banks do not produce electronic copy of record and only physical copies will be provided by them.
Reimbursement of bank charges
6. There are 3-4 boxes of records available from Hang Seng Bank and China Minsheng Bank (opening mandates, account statements and record of transfer) and HSBC (opening mandates and account statements). The costs incurred for the bank records (except for the pending record of transfer from HSBC) is currently HK$29,735.2. Adding up the production costs to be charged by HSBC in respect of the record of transfer, as previously communicated, we would require the Israeli authorities to reimburse us such costs in view of the extraordinary nature of the expenses.
7. In addition to the further instructions sought in paragraph 4 above, please also confirm to us that the Israeli authorities would reimburse us with the bank charges. After adding up the bank charges for the HSBC records of transfer, we would provide the remittance instructions to you .
8. Please let me know if you have any queries. I look forward to hearing from you.

Dear Nina,
I trust the statement-taking process in Hong Kong went well.

Please also note that according to the Immigration Department, there is no travel movement record of Vanounou from 2012 to 21 July 2019 based on the bio data provided.
We will write further in relation to other evidence requested.
