I looked at the Kilani files and found the people you met with in 2017.

Mr. Christian  Ritscher - Federal Public Prosecutor and Head of the International Crimes Unit – still in office.
Dr. Christoph Barthe – Public prosecutor at the International Crimes Unit – still in office (it seems). Also, he serves as a judge at the criminal international court for Kosovo founded by the EU in 2014. 
Dr. Annette Weerth - she is the Deputy Head of Unit at the Federal Foreign Office. Has been at this job since 2015 from what I can see.

Additionally, you asked me to check who The General Federal Prosecutor is - it is Dr. Peter Frank since 2015 - so that hasn’t changed as well.
