Good afternoon. There is a status set for 3/6/19 re: above mentioned case that should be stricken due to clerical error.
On 1/29/19, Plaintiff’s motion to remand the case to Cook County Circuit Court was denied and it was transferred to the SDNY.
The NDIL clerk mistakenly sent out a remand letter, followed up with a notice of correction (see attached).

We noticed that the Illinois state court docket still lists Weisskopf's case as pending, and there is a hearing scheduled for March 6 at 10:30 am. It seems our friends at the state
court may not have received the message that the remand was a clerical error. Do we need to get in touch with them, or do you think they'll sort it out on their own?
