For some reason I can't reach you over the phone, Is there something wrong with it or that maybe I've been dialing the wrong number?

Following my last e-mail, I wanted to schedule the video conference to July 21^st.

Here's a schedule suggestion:

11:30-12:00- arrival

12:00- earlier meeting of the participants

13:30- lunch break

14:00- video conference

16:00 – end of the day

Does this plan work for you?

I'll be waiting for your confirmation before I send details regarding the final date and time.

Also, I wanted to make sure it will be possible to eat in the meeting room, and to ask how many people we can have in it (I'm assuming we'll be around 15-20 people, is that ok?)
