Dear Vikki,
Thank you for the information. Can you send me the new Agenda (after the re-ordering)? I would prefer to send an updated one.
Regarding the background materials – you can send me the documents (preferably by the end of the week) and I will forward it to the participants. We will
also attach the report you mentioned.
I would recommend to add a brief background information on minors in prostitution in the US, and a short description of relevant legislation in the US (similar
to what Cochav had translated about the situation in Israel). I am not sure all the participants are familiar with the differences and similarities, I think It will be a good preparation for a productive dialogue.
I will send you a list of participants soon. I don't have their biographies, however I can send their current position description, I hope it will be enough?
Thanks,
Dana

Dear Dana,
Thank you so much for your email. We are very excited about the 21st! We hope for your continued safety and security.
The session topics are the same as in the attached agenda, although we have done some re-ordering. We are happy to send a revised outline. As discussed, we are
including a number of US cases that we hope will spur dialogue and a discussion of strategies. Although Dalia and I will be facilitating the session, it is designed to have
everyone participate so that we can learn from each other.
Background materials will include: biographies of participants, fact pattern, session handout, and an annotated bibliography. Is it also correct that you will
provide participants with a copy of the report (I believe written by Merav and others in her working group) on sexual exploitation of minors in Israel?
Finally, can you send us a list of all participants and their biographies so we can create a comprehensive biography document?
Have a great day,
Vikki

Subject: RE: Video Conference updates
Hello everyone,
We have a final approval from Washington. So we're set for the 21st. Now we just have to hope that the rockets will stop by then…
The representative from Washington would like to have a copy of the Video Conference's Agenda (I was asked if it's going to be an open dialogue, who will talk
when etc).
Jennifer/Vikki – Is the attached file the final agenda, or that there were changes since?
Also I wanted to ask if there will be any background materials for the participants in Israel?
Thanks,
Dana

Subject: Video Conference updates
Good morning all,
We would like to schedule the final date for the video conference to Monday,
July 21st.
This date seems to be the best for both Israeli prosecutors and AEquitas.
Here's a schedule suggestion for the Israeli side:
11:30-12:00- arrival
12:00- earlier meeting of the Israeli prosecutors
13:30- lunch break
14:00- video conference
Racheli, the meeting room will be available between 11:30-16:00. There's no problem to have food in it.
Viki and Jennifer, Please confirm the date and time for the video conference.
Charlie, I understand you already got in touch with Felicity.
We are now waiting for a final answer from Washington regarding the Video Conference, Felicity will have an answer for us in the next day or two.
I will keep you all updated of course.
Thanks,
Dana

Subject: Brief background information
Dear Merav,
As previously discussed, AEquitas would like to have a brief on minors in prostitution in Israel. I used the policy paper (submitted to the Knesset) that you sent me to highlight the main issues and drafted the
attached brief.
Could you please take a look to make sure it covers all the key items accurately? I'm attaching also the Hebrew version.
I understand AEquitas may translate the full document but this brief would be highly beneficial for them in the meantime.
Thanks!
Cochav
