Dear Rahel,
Needless to say that our paper is not ready yet, but I think you pointed out two important publications in this regard. But there is also the report of Joy,
http://www.ohchr.org/Documents/Issues/Trafficking/A-68-256-English.pdf.
Our papers on consent and the abuse of a position of vulnerability should be very relevant in this regard too!
We have some few cases on the Case Law Database, which might also be relevant.
If other things come to my mind, I shall let you know.

trafficking for organs
Hi Silke,
Believe it or not, one of the first subjects I was consulted about here was trafficking for organs. A prosecutor in the south has a very hefty indictment draft with about 11 charges. She wanted
to know my opinion about 2 of them – if she should make due with organ trafficking charges or trafficking in persons for removal of organs.
I wrote her a response, but in the course of doing so, realized how thirsty the practitioners are for materials. So I am going to try to summarize the OSCE paper and whatever is relevant from
the Dutch Rapporteur's paper. Any other suggestions?
Naturally when your tool is ready, it will be a great addition.
I hope your day is going well.
Yours,
Rahel
