We rarely send emails about new app releases, well - because, we hate to bother you with email, but we wanted to let you know about two new apps weâ€™ve released that will fundamentally change how you travel as a Jewish person.

Minyan Now - a free app that helps you get a minyan anywhere you are, be it at an airport, stadium, ski resort or your own house. The app will notify other users in the area that someone is in need of a minyan. When 10 Jewish adult men confirm that they can attend, a notification will be sent out that the minyan is on. The notifications will only be sent to users within a certain distance (by default 10 minutes away but you can change this). It will also send notifications to our Siddur users to download the app, but you can turn this off.

This app is available for iOS and Android and is completely free. We highly recommend you download it and install it, so that you can help out others who need to make a minyan (i.e. to say kaddish for a lost one).

Nachum Segal App - the Nachum Segal Network (NSN) hired us to design their new iOS and Android app. Now, you no longer need to be in the NY/NJ area to listen to NSN. You can be anywhere in the world and listen to their great Jewish music and outstanding radio shows with some of the brightest and most entertaining Jewish minds. There are many great features in the app, such as bluetooth integration with your car & a radio alarm clock to wake you in the morning.
