Sorry for returning to you regarding this phone a bit late, hope we can still assist you with this matter.
When phone is on and running, you can access to all its content?  is the phone seems to operate normally?
I am asking since the "ADB - Malfunction 54" and "Logical - Cannot read phone memory" might suggest the phone memory is corrupt.
However, from Cellebrite product side, I would suggest on 'Rebuild Cache' from UFED Touch settings and restarting the UFED Touch unit.
Try to perform another extraction attempt after unit is back on.

Will wait for your update in case this helped or in case further assistance is needed in this matter.

I need your help. Trying to extract data from samsung galaxy 4S GT-I9500, android 5.0.1.

Physical - Boot loader - I recieve an error message: Process failed at initialization stage. ADB - Malfunction 54.

FS - Unable to load library.

Logical - Cannot read phone memory...


Any suggestions?
