שלום רב,


הפקתי צילומי מסך באמצעות ה-UFED של התכתבות whatsapp בסמסונג גלקסי S8+.

בעת הפקת הצילומים, ה-UFED מראה צילום שבו התכתובת שמופיעה בלבן היא שחורה, אולם כאשר מגדילים את התמונה זה מופיע תקין.

גם ב-extraction כאשר פותחים את התמונה, היא נראית תקין.

יחד עם זאת, כאשר אני מפיק דו"ח - חצי מהתמונות יצאו תקינות וחצי יצאו עם צבע שחור על הכיתוב בלבן באופן שלא מאפשר את קריאת הכתוב.

ניסיתי להפיק את הדו"ח במספר תצורות (word, pdf, html) אך זה חוזר על עצמו בכל פעם.
