As we prepare for the Special Commission on the Apostille Convention, we will be glad to have a brief call to discuss some of the agenda items with you and to share some initial thinking. It would be useful for us to discuss, particularly, the Article 1(3) documents (diplomatic and commercial documents); recognizing digital certificates; and privacy and data protection. It will be good to also hear if you have any thoughts about other agenda items.

Israel is now in official holidays until the 28 October. Will you be available for a call at 07:00 DC time on 29 September (I am in the DC area now so we will be in the same time zone) ?
