As you know the Commission, upon adoption of the UNCITRAL Mediation Rules (here) at its last session, mandated the Secretariat to prepare recommendations to assist mediation centres and other interested bodies with regard to mediation under the UNCITRAL Mediation Rules (2021). Please find attached a draft to which we would appreciate you input, preferably before the end of November.
