שת"פ בנושא בתי סוהר, פריט 2-20: קיבלנו הבהרה מהמשרד לביטחון פנים כי בשירות בתי הסוהר מעוניינים לשתף פעולה ולהעביר מידע בתחומי פיקוח אלקטרוני וטיפול ממוקד עבירה, כגון אלימות במשפחה ועבריינות מין.

להלן שתי הערות שקיבלנו משירות החוץ האירופי לגבי האג'נדה של תת הוועדה המשפטית – אנא התייחסותכן בבקשה.
- a question: What is "fostering cooperation in prior checking of FP7 projects"? What is the relevance for data protection? Should it not be better placed for discussion in the FP7 Joint Committee, which will meet on 29 Nov. in the morning in Tel Aviv (organised by ISERD)?
- a comment: You are right in your assumption that the proposal Exchange of information to assess the feasibility of mutual recognition of e-signatures between the EU and Israel and updates on EU policy in area of electronic authentication and identification [led by InfoSoc?] is under the competences of DG INFSO. Therefore, it should be better placed for discussion under the RIISEC sub-committee, which will take place on 29-30 November in Jerusalem.
