בהמשך לשיחתך עם אירה הבוקר, להלן הנושאים שאותם ברצוננו להציג בתת ועדה.

• Enhancing cooperation on Personal Data Protection, following the EU decision stating that the State of Israel is considered as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data (Article 25(2) of Directive 95/46/EC), including participation of Israeli experts, on an ad hoc basis, in selected meetings of the EU Working Party on Data Protection (Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC) with an emphasis on the work done on behavioural targeting, facial recognition and the cloud (IL leads);
• Updates on recent policy decisions in the EU regarding the revision of the Directive 95/46/EC (EU leads)
• Exchange of information to assess the feasibility of mutual recognition of e-signatures between the EU and Israel and updates on EU policy in area of electronic authentication and identification [led by InfoSoc?]
• Cooperation regarding the talks between EU regulators with the US industries on Data Protection issues (IL leads).

בנוסף נתבקשנו להציג עידכון על שינוי חקיקה ומדיניות בשנתיים האחרונות, ולעדכן על יישום החלטת הנציבות מינואר 2011.

כיוון שאירה טסה כבר מחר בערב, נשמח לקבל את החומרים כמה שיותר מוקדם (גם אם יש חלק מסוים מוכן, אפשר לשלוח את החלק המוכן כדי שנוכל להתחיל לעבד אותו לקראת הישיבה).
