2.      אודה על הערותיכם הדחופות לקראת אישורי הדו"חות האלה ב-18 ביולי עם העתק לרוני אדם, הציר בג'נבה ( בהעתק) .

1.      כפי שכבר הזכרנו בעבר כל הטיוטות האלה הן מחוץ "לטווח הטיפול הרגיל" של WIPO. הן גם מעוררות הרבה מאוד שאלות. למרות זאת העבודה עליהם נמשכת שם.

Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore (IGC):  Eighteenth Session

May 9 to 13, 2011

NEW   Initial Draft Report

The IGC at its eighteenth session  “agreed that an initial draft report, containing the agreed text of the decisions and all interventions made to the Committee, would be prepared and circulated by the International Bureau and that Committee participants should submit written corrections to their interventions as included in the said initial draft report.  A final version of the draft report would then be made available for adoption at the nineteenth session of the Committee, to be held from July 18 to 22, 2011”.

An electronic version of the initial draft report as document WIPO/GRTKF/IC/18/11 Prov. is now available on our website under “NEWS”.  Written corrections should be submitted before July  4, 2011.  To facilitate processing, Committee participants are encouraged to submit their written corrections by email to grtkf@wipo.int.

Also available, the final Report of the Seventeenth Session of the IGC, WIPO/GRTKF/IC/17/12.
