שלום לכולם,

רצ"ב לידיעתכם פניה שקיבלנו מהא"א, בבקשה לבצע שני תיקונים פורמאלים בהסכם ה-CBC באמצעות חילופי איגרות בין החתומים המקוריים על ההסכם (בהתאם לסעיף 17 ל-General Conditions):


1.      הארכת מועד השלב השני של יישום הפרויקט בשנה (מה- 31.12.2014 עד ליום 31.12.2015) לאור העיכוב בתחילת הפרויקטים (סעיף 4.1(b) ל- General Conditions). התיקון אינו משפיע על המועד הסופי לסיום הפרויקט שנותר ביום 31.12.2016.

2.      הגדלת תקציב הא"א המוקצה לפרויקט בכ-26 מיליון יורו וכפועל יוצא את תקציב הפרויקט כולו בכ- 31 מיליון יורו (סעיף 2 ל- Special Conditions). לתיקון אין השלכות תקציביות, היות וה-10% של ההשתתפות מגיעים בישראל מהמשתתפים עצמם ולא מהמדינה.

התיקונים הינם בעלי אופי טכני ואין להם השלכות מעשיות. שני התיקונים כבר הוכנסו במסגרת הרגולציות ותוכנית הפעולה האירופית בקשר עם יישום הפרויקט.

לאור זאת, בכוונתנו לאשר את התיקונים באיגרת משר החוץ כמבוקש.
