RE: EuroMed Justice III Project - Invitation to nominate an ENPI South expert - Study Visit I (Krakow, 8-10 octobre 2013)

Dear Ira,

Sorry for my late reply but in the last two days we encountered lots of problems with Outlook and the network so I couldn't send you the requested registration. Please find it attached.

As for the SV, we are still in the selection process but in all cases we are not allowed to give you the names of the participants, this rule applies to all the Project's BCs. However, once the selection process is finalized, we can only give a list with the participants's positions, not their names.

Kind regards,

Dania

Dear Dania,

Judge Ami (Amiram) Kobo will participate in the Study Visit in Krakov on behalf of Israel. I will send you his details hopefully by tomorrow.

Please kindly send me the registration form for the study visit.

In addition, I will appreciate very much if it is possible to receive a list of participants in the SV – from the Meda countries and also from EU/EIPA and from Poland.

Thank you in advance and all the best,

Ira

Dear Dania,

Thank you for the invitation to the Study Visit in Krakow.

We hope that we will be able to nominate a relevant representative at such a short notice, however, due to the holidays period in Israel, this process may take some more time. I hope that it won't cause a problem due to the fact that a visa to Poland is not needed for Israeli representatives.

All the best,

Ira

For the attention of the National Focal Point

SubjectEuroMed Justice III Project - Invitation to nominate an ENPI South expert to the Study Visit I – Component Access to Justice

and Legal Aid - to take place in Krakow (PO) from 8 to 10 octobre, 2013

Dear National Focal Point,

The European Commission funding the EuroMed Justice III, which is being implemented a consortium led by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) - and composed of the International and Ibero-American Foundation of Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP), Société Française de Réalisation, d’Etudes et de Conseil (SOFRECO) and Deustche Stiftung für Internationale Rechtliche Zusammenarbeit E.V. (IRZ). - invites you to nominate one representative from your country in order to participate in the study visit foreseen under Component I, that will take place in Krakow (Poland) from next October 8th to 10th

We kindly remind you that these study visits will be the best methodology to get acquainted with the best experiences and good practices available in the ENPI South partners and EU countries in the field of justice.

Therefore we insist on the relevance of the nominated experts' profile; the more suitable it is, the more fruitful the exchange with the persons responsible for the administration of justice and the colleagues from the Polish Ministry of Justice will be.

The EuroMed Justice III Project will cover the travel costs of the ENPI South partners’ participants between their country of origin and the place where the study visits will take place, (Krakow) and vice-versa, as well as their accommodation costs (hotel and three meals), their transfers airport-hotel-airport and their local transportation (minibus) for the duration of the three-day study visit.

As usual, the Project will provide consecutive interpretation from the original language of the host administration, Polish, into English and Arabic, and vice-versa.

Our services will take care of the logistical details (flights, hotel reservations, etc.) of the participants from the ENPI South partner countries.

The EuroMed Justice III project Coordinator will also be present during the study visit itself, thus

assisting in the management, coordination and follow-up of the group and seeing to a smooth development of the visit's agenda which has been approved by the European Commission.

We would like to ask special attention for the following points:

-  The profile required from the participants in this study visit (see Annex attached to the invitation letter).

To ensure a smooth coordination, we insist on meeting the deadlines, which means that any CV or designation sent after the requested deadline will not be taken into account.

As for the current study visit, the deadline for the reception of the CV of the nominated participant from your country is next September 11th 2013

However, due to the short deadline for the visa application for Poland, we will appreciate, whenever possible, if you could choose amongst the experts who already got a valid Schengen visa for Krakow.

-          Only after approval of the designations, a nominative letter will be sent to your experts, containing information on the flights, the final address of the hotel and all the logistical arrangements.

For any logistical matter related to this study visit, do not hesitate to contact with my colleague Ms. Valérie Bernal, Programme Organiser, e-mail: valerie.bernal@euromed-justice.eu, Tel.: +34 93 553 8746 Fax: +34 93 567 23 99).

Please find the Final Agenda of the Study Visit to Krakow.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and we remain at your entire disposal for any further information you may require.

Yours truly,

Dania
