Dear Daniela,
I am sorry for not having reacted earlier.
I think that the letter from the country together with the decision of the Council forms the agreement.
After that, the Statutes and the Bylaws form the contents of the agreement
As soon as the accession of Israel is ready, also the template for associated and other countries, which I sent you earlier has to be cleared by the person at the Commission who prepares the accession procedure.
As you know, since this is the first time that this procedure is used, this will have to be the precedent for all others that will follow.

אין הודעה פורמלית אבל למיטב הבנתי הצטרפות ישראל אמורה להיות מאושרת במועצה בישיבה שתתקיים ביום 10.9.2013.

De Commissie heeft (eindelijk) een template opgesteld voor Geassocieerde en Derde landen die lid van een ERIC willen worden (er zit ook een template bij voor Internationale Organisaties).
Deze template kan dus door oa Noorwegen, Zwitserland, Turkije en Israel worden gebruikt.
