Please find enclosed the invitation letter to the second study visit that will take place from October 27th until October 29 th , 2010 in Vienn a , Austria at the United Nations O ffice on Drugs and C rime( UNODC) and will focus on the following topic: "Access of citizens to information on the judicial system and to legal aid systems"This letter contains all necessary information for you to designate three experts in conformity with the profile required and with in the deadline requested.
You will be receiving soon the agenda for this study visit.Please note that the new dates of this study visit are 27 - 29 O ctob e r 2010 instead of 25-29 October as announced previously .

Je vous prie de trouver en annexe de la présente la lettre d'invitation concernant la deuxième visite d'étude qui aura lieu à Vienne, en Autriche, du 27 au 29octobre 2010 au sein de l'Office des Nations unies contre la drogue et le crime ( UNODC) et qui portera sur le thème « L’accès des citoyens à l’information sur les systèmes judiciaires et aux systèmes d’assistance judiciaire ».
