The meeting shall be in Jerusalem, as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is located in Jerusalem, as they are party in the negotiation.

Kindly advise the meeting's venue at the IAC-2011.

Should you have the visit's schedule – 15 Sept. 2011, even a draft – it will be very helpful to receive same.
I strongly recommend reserving the hotel ASAP pursuant to the upcoming holidays in September.
Again, I recommend the Mount Zion hotel, where you have stayed last time.
