Agreement;
Is there anything to preclude referral to these legal instruments as providing the agreed definition of intellectual property protected by
the MOU ?
(I recall from previous conversations that Israel is party to the TRIPS, at least. In any case, the MOU does not refer to the substantive
content of both Treaties, only to their definition of IP).
We would appreciate your comments ASAP.
