ד"ש,

Dear Sonia,
I hope this message finds you well. I am a participant of the mashav course - Enhancing Cooperation as part of an Effective Demand Reduction Strategy based on the Israel Anti-Drug Authority's Model. I work for Georgian Harm Reduction Network that unites 20 non-governmental organizations working in the field of harm reduction: service providers, advocacy and research organizations and community based ones. Currently I am managing EU funded project on harm reduction to promote evidenced based interventions.
The overview of IADA's strategy and functioning is an invaluable experience for me. I had an opportunity to meet you and Ruth and discuss issues regarding cooperation with IADA. As you have advised I got familiar with technical assistance information exchange instrument (TAIEX) application forms (for study visits, expertise, workshop). TAIEX is mainly for civil servants working for public administration, though not excluding private sector. If we apply for study visit can IADA be host institution? Also the application form has the section to name beneficiary Ministry. I am representative of non-governemental sector, so how we can name beneficiary Ministry?
Thanks for your help and cooperation,
Look forward to hearing from you in the near future,
Tea
