Dear Ira,

We will do our best to take these dates into consideration when planning the activities of the Project. However, it will not be possible to avoid a conflict between some of your National Holidays and some dates of activities, for this same reason, we wanted to know from you, in the case we foresee activities that coincidate with the followings dates, if in this case representatives from Israel would assist anyway, or not, even though it is National Holidays. These dates are:

April 19, 2012
September 17, 2012
October 1 and 2, 2012
April 8, 2013

Please let me know ASAP, and I thank you in advance for that.

Here are the dates of our national holidays:
2012: March 8-9; April 6-13, 19, 5, 26; May 26-27; September 16-18, 25-26, 30; October 1-8.
2013: February 24-25; March 25-31; April 1, 8, 15-16; May 14-15; September 4-6, 13-14, 18-26.
2014: March 16-17; April 14-21, 28; May 5-6; June 3-4.

Can you inform me, please, about the National Holidays/vacations in Israel? Are they always the same dates, since we need them for 2012-2013 and till July 2014!!

I would appreciate if you can have this information ASAP since we need it for our planning of the Project's activities. I have checked it in Internet but I'd rather be sure of the correct dates with you.
