For the moment our plan is to go and sign the MoU between the EMCDDA and IADA. But of course my Director would be pleased to visit IADA and meet IADA’s Director as well as other Israeli relevant Authorities should this be convenient for Dr Geller.
As regards the signature, the only information I have for the moment is that the signing of the MoU between the EMCDDA and the IADA is mentioned in the agenda (Day 4 around lunch time) of the 2 sub-committees which will take place in Jerusalem on 3-4-5 February.
But my Director was not invited officially yet. I asked this morning the EEAS to send an official invitation to both EMCDDA and IADA Directors to inform them officially.
I agree with you that 4th February is in a few weeks and we have to organise ourselves…
By the way may I kindly ask you to send me the Hebrew version of the MOU as foreseen in the text of the MoU?

Dear Sonia,
From our side, our Director is ready to sign. However, the European External Action service and the European Commission are proposing to organise the signature of the EMCDDA-IADA MoU in the margin of two EU-Israel sub-committees (Justice and Home Affairs; and Social and migration issues) in Jerusalem beginning of February.
The exacts dates of these 2 Eu-Israel sub-committees are not confirmed yet but, as soon as I will have more information, I will inform you so that you can tell me if Dr Geller would be available on those dates.
