Ref.- Invitation letter to the First Meeting of the Working Group 1.2 of the EuroMed Justice III Project

Dear National Focal Point,

Please find-attached the invitation letter for the First Meeting of the Working Group on 1.2 (Access to Justice and Legal Aid) in order to prepare a "Handbook describing approaches and best practices with regards to the use of technologies for the case management, circulation of materials, data collection in the legal field and communication of case law to the public" to take place in Athens (GR) from 10 to 12 of July 2012.

Please note that 3 participants per South ENPI Country (including the National Focal Point, if any) are invited to attend this activity.

Once we receive the CVs of the 3 selected experts, and after being approved by DEVCO/EuropeAid, we will be sending them a personalized invitation letter to present it for the Visa application dossier, if any. However, I would appreciate it very much if you could choose, whenever possible, from among these participants those who have already got the required visa.

In order to speed up and facilitate the visa application for those selected ENPI South participants who doesn't have already a visa, also note that we will be sending a letter to the Greek Embassy in your country, to the attention of the Ambassador. In case of problems or needed help with the visa application, I kindly invite you to contact the European Union's Delegation in your country who is, as usual, informed about this next activity to take place under the EuroMed Justice III Project.

Please take note that the deadline for the reception of the CVs is fixed to next June 21, the latest.

Finally, we will send you later on the list of the suggested Reference Documents related to the Component I of the Project. Please note that all the reference and working documents of the Project are also available on our Web Site.
As usual, I stay at your full disposal in case you need any further information, or have any request, on this issue.
