It is a pleasure and an honour to greet you again today.

Following the launch meeting that took place in Brussels on 27 September 2010 and w ithin the framework of the EuroMed Justice II Project, funded by the European Union, the 2 ^nd meeting in the framework of the study on “Access to Justice and legal aid in the Mediterranean partner countries” will take place in Rome (IT) on 26 January 2011 .

The Consortium led by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) through its European Centre for the Regions (ECR) in Barcelona, and composed of the International and Ibero-American Foundation of Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP) and of the Spanish General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ), is pleased to send you an invitation for this meeting.

Please note that this meeting is a different meeting than the one related to the 2 ^nd Meeting of the Directors of the Euro-Med Judicial Training Centres that will take place on 25 January 2011 in Rome in the same venue the day before.
