לרפי -  גם לי אין הערות.  אם עד סוף השבוע לא תתקבל הערה משום גורם אחר- תוכל להודיעם שהנ"ל מקובל עלינו. נבקשם להעביר נוסח מלא וסופי אלינו.

לגבי - אנא בדוק עם עליזה  אם יש צורך לתקן את התרגום העברי .  אם לא-  נוכל להעביר אותו אליהם באמצעות רפי.

אסתר שלום,

נפגשתי אתמול עם מנהל קשרים בינ"ל, קרל ברקויסט, במסגרת ביקור חפיפה של מחליפי המיועד, אריה אבידור.
מסר כי הועדה למינהל ותקציב וכן הועדה לקש"ח אישרו ההסכם.
גם הבורד אישר אתמול נוסח ההסכם כך שיעבור למועצה ב-15 בדצמבר כנקודה A, כלומר ללא דיון אלא לאישור פורמלי בלבד.

בד בבד, בדיוני הועדות הנ"ל עלתה בקשה להכניס שינויים מינוריים, כמפורט רצ"ב:

In Article 3.6 the words "in the implementing arrangements referred to in paragraph 1 above."
have been added.  

Apart from that, two editorial changes:
 
In Article 2.3., where "with a view of" has been changed into "with a view to" and a "the" has been deleted before the word contacts


In Article 3.5, where a "the" has been deleted before the word progress and the word implementing has been changed to implementation.
מצ"ב נוסח ההסכם מעודכן עם השינויים הנ"ל.

בהנחה שאין לנו התנגדות לשינויים המוצעים, מבקש לקבל בהקדם הנוסח העברי של ההסכם.
החתימה מתוכננת להתקיים בהרצליה ביום 30 ינואר 2011.
