עינת שלום,לעניין המתווה - אודה אם תוכלו להרחיב מה המשקל הנורמטיבי של ה"שאלון" - האם יש לראות זאת כביקורת שתגרור המלצות בינ"ל מחייבות וכו'/ או שמא יותר סקירה לשם לימוד והפקת לקחיםאני מוטרד מכך שבסופו של יום נתבקש לעמוד במיני דרישות שונות מטעם הא"א מבלי שיהיה לכך קודם בסיס תקציבי וכו'.לעניין המשלחת - ראיתי בהזמנה שמבקשים ש"איש הקשר" יגיע ועוד 2 מומחים - האם מישהו מהיחידה להסכמים נוסע ?כמו כן, יש מימון מלא לכל המשתתפים?תומר

תומר שלום,בהמשך לשאלון שריכזנו כאן במחלקה בנושא סיוע משפטי וגישה לערכאות, עומדת להתקיים פגישת מומחים במסגרת תוכנית היורומד ב-26 בינואר ברומא (מצורפים ההזמנה והתוכנית).נושא הפגישה הוא השאלון וממצאיו הראשוניים.הוזמנו להשתתף 3 נציגים מכל מדינה.נראה כי על מנת להפיק מהפגישה את המרב היה כדאי כי אייל גלובוס ואנשים מהסיוע המשפטי ייקחו חלק בפגישה (אייל גם נכח בפגישה הראשונה שבה הוצג השאלון).חשוב לי לציין כי יעל שמחי שעובדת עם אייל סייעה לי רבות במתן מענה ובהפניה לגורמים נוספים לקבלת מענה והיא מאוד מעורה בשאלון ובקשייו.מה דעתך?לעדכונכם השאלון המלא יישלח היום אל מארגני המחקר.אודה להנחייתכם בנושא.בתודה ובברכה,עינת

It is a pleasure and an honour to greet you again today.
Following the launch meeting that took place in Brussels on 27 September 2010 and w ithin the framework of the EuroMed Justice II Project, funded by the European Union, the 2 nd meeting in the framework of the study on “Access to Justice and legal aid in the Mediterranean partner countries” will take place in Rome (IT) on 26 January 2011 .
The Consortium led by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) through its European Centre for the Regions (ECR) in Barcelona, and composed of the International and Ibero-American Foundation of Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP) and of the Spanish General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ), is pleased to send you an invitation for this meeting.
Please note that this meeting is a different meeting than the one related to the 2 nd Meeting of the Directors of the Euro-Med Judicial Training Centres that will take place on 25 January 2011 in Rome in the same venue the day before.
