דיברתי איתה, היא לא יודעת הרבה מעבר לעובדה שהם באים ושהם לא יכולים לשנות את התאריך, ושהשלב השלישי טרם התחיל.
היא תיכף מעבירה להם את הפרטים שלי והם בטח יהיו איתי בקשר יותר מאוחר.
אנסה לשכנע אותם לדחות את הביקור, ואם לא - אנסה לתאם עם הגורמים הרלוונטיים במשרד...

Dear Ms. Echerman,
As part of the Euromed Justice project III, I have been asked to make contact with someone in the Ministry in order to indicate to the
project organisers the relevant authorities and persons to meet from Israel.
From what I understand in the past you helped facilitate and arrange all the programs and visits made to Israel and
was told you were of great support.
The inception mission to Israel is organised for
the 25 October, which makes it difficult due to the Jewish holidays.
I would be grateful if you could let me know if there is anyway you can help with this?
