Dear Participants,

In this new version attached, you will find all the observations and comments received from the ENPI South partner Delegations that took part in the last session of this Working Group held in Sofia from 9-11 April 2013, apart from the draft good practices that Mr. Assaf proposes as a result of this last working session.

As agreed in the Final Conclusions adopted during Sofia, please let us remind you that you have one week, thus till next Tuesday May 28th 2013, to send us, if any, your comments/ feed-back and/or corrections to the attached final draft Handbook, specially for the parts of the Handbook that make reference to your country/system.

Since the Working Group 1.1.5 held in Sofia was the last session foreseen under this Working Group, please allow us to underline that this would be the last opportunity to contribute with your participation to the Handbook before being officially presented to EC, the ENPI south Officials, as well as to the Representatives from the 27 EU MS, and the International Organisations during the Intermediate Regional Conference to take place in Brussels next June 19^th.
