את חושבת שיש סיכוי לקבל את תגובתם לפני ועדת האסוציאציה בשבוע הבא?
בכל מקרה, נשמח לשוחח עמכם לקראת הוועדה, שכן מהמסמכים שקיבלנו היום מציקי (רצ"ב) עולה שחלק מהנושאים המרכזיים שלנו לא נכללו בהם (הצהרה משותפת, שת"פ בתחום הלבנת הון ומימון טרור והשתתפות בוועדה הרלוונטית, שת"פ בנושא הגנה על מידע אישי, שת"פ בנושא סמים מעבר ל-EMCDDA).
אבקש גם להוסיף הבהרה לגבי תהליך ההכרה עפ"י הדירקטיבה בנושא הלבנת הון, שאולי כבר ראיתם בהערה שלי בסיכום: מבירור נוסף שעשינו עולה שמדובר בתהליך שמתבצע בין המדינות החברות ואיננו בסמכות הנציבות, כלומר לא מדובר בשיתוף פעולה בילטראלי מובהק בין ישראל לבין האיחוד, אך יתכן שהאיחוד יכול לסייע מול המדינות החברות. על כן, יש לשקול האם להכניס נושא זה לטבלאות, ואם כן – כיצד כדאי לנסח את הסעיף. למידע נוסף אודות התהליך ראו את מסמך ההבנה שסוכם בין המדינות החברות: http://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/company/docs/financial-crime/3rd-country-common-understanding_en.pdf
עוד יוער שהרשות להלבנת הון ומימון טרור כבר פנתה בסוף 2011 לקפריסין בבקשה ליזום את הליך ההכרה מול המדינות החברות.

עודד, לתשומת ליבך - לא זכורה לי התייחסותך לשימוש בתוכנה נגד הלבנת הון, ובכל מקרה נשמע לי ניסוח לא הכי מוצלח (בסוף הפסקה הראשונה בנושא מניעת מימון טרור).
סמדר, אשלח לך מחר את רשימת היוזמות בתחום הסחר בבני אדם, רשימת עדכוני חקיקה בתחום ההגנה על מידע אישי ומכתב בנושא UNCAC.
