The European Centre for the Regions (ECR), the Antenna of the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) in Barcelona, is pleased to confirm some details regarding your participation in the Working Group 2 “Preparation of a Handbook on best practices concerning the resolution of cross-border family conflicts: Custody and visiting rights” and the Presentation Meeting of the Research Report 2 on Resolution of cross-border family conflicts: “Current situation in the ENPI South region and comparative review of national experiences in the field of resolution of cross-border family conflicts.” of the EuroMed Justice III Project. These activities will be held in Barcelona (ES) from the 21st until the 24th May 2012.
FLIGHT DETAILS
Please note that your ticket is an electronic one, which means that you do not have to collect it at the airline offices, but only print the itinerary attached to this e-mail.
On the departure day, for the check-in, you should go to the front desk of the related airline with the e-ticket and an ID (Passport), and you will receive your boarding card.
IMPORTANT: Please remember to keep your boarding cards because you will have to send them back to us once you have returned to your country.
USEFUL INFORMATION ON HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL
Arrivals: At your arrival at the airport you will have a taxi waiting for you. The driver will hold a sign with the logo of the EuroMed Justice III project. The driver will be inside the terminal 1, in the area where it indicates “Waiting area for the drivers”.
Departures: a taxi will pick you up at the reception.
Note: In case you take a private taxi due to the fact that you cannot find the taxi driver, or for any other reasons, be informed that the cost will not be borne by the project!

Services included: room, breakfast and meals (lunches and dinners).
All the extras as: second person in the room, phone, minibar, laundry, etc. will have to be paid directly by the participant on checking out.
Reservation of 5 nights (Arrival on 20th of May - Departure on 25th of May)
At the reception of the Hotel, the receptionist will give you a “Welcome Letter” containing all the details about the accommodation and the meals.
For good organisational purposes, all participants are kindly asked to take their meals when scheduled by the hotel for our group.
For those of you arriving on Sunday morning, please introduce yourself to the hotel Restaurant staff as an EIPA (EuroMed Justice) participant to avoid having your lunch charged to your room.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
Please note that our project does not cover medical insurance of participants. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to get your own insurance.
