Ref.- Invitation letter for the Presentation Meeting of the Research Report 2 and the First Meeting of the Working Group 2 of the EuroMed Justice III Project:
Dear National Focal Point,
As previously communicated to you, please find-attached the invitation letter for the next two activities of the EuroMed Justice III Project:
1. Presentation Meeting of the Research Report 2: “Current situation in the ENPI South region and comparative review of national experiences in the field of resolution of cross-border family conflicts” that will take place in Barcelona, Spain, on 21 May 2012.
2. First Meeting of the Working Group on CROSS-BORDER FAMILY CONFLICTS: PREPARATION OF A "Handbook on best practices concerning the resolution of cross-border family conflicts: Custody and visiting rights" that will take place in Barcelona, Spain, from 22 to 24 of May 2012.
Please note that 3 participants per South ENPI Country (including the National Focal Point, if any) are invited to attend each activity, taking into consideration that these are two distinct activities but for which, however, if you decide and consider appropriate to, and if the participants profiles are also suited, the same persons(s) attending the Presentation Meeting of the Research Report on May 21 can also attend the following activity, the 1st Meeting of the Working Group II, on May 22 to 24, 2012.
Please also consider that preferably the experts from the ENPI South Partners who attend the Presentation Meeting of the Research Report 2 should also be the ones who are assigned to work on the Research Report 2 (questionnaire) along with the designated Short Term Experts during the technical visits to take place in each ENPI South country.
Once the 3 experts per activity are selected by you and we receive their CVs, and once their CVs approved by DEVCO/EuropeAid, we will be sending them a personalised invitation letter to present it for the Visa application dossier. In order to speed up and facilitate the visa application for the selected ENPI South participants who need to apply for the Schengen Visa, also note that we will be sending a letter to the French Embassy in your country, at the attention of the Ambassador, once we have the names of the selected participants. In case of problems doubts or needed help with the visa application, I kindly invite you to contact the European Delegation in your country, who is informed about these next activities to take place within the EuroMed Justice III Project.
Please note that the delay for the reception of the CVs is next May 6th, the latest. However, we would appreciate to receive the CVs during next week so we have sufficient time to make all the necessary arrangements, and to also allow the participants to have the time, if needed, to apply for, and get, the visa.
Best Regards,
