Dear Colleagues,
We are very pleased to be moving forward with the signing of the MOU, and appreciate all your efforts to that end.
We have attached the MOU with several minor editorial changes – please let us know that these are approved by you.
Thank you for your inquiry into the Hebrew version of the text – it is intentional, and we will not be translating the MOU to Hebrew. The only texts will be the English and Azerbaijani, with the English prevailing in the case of divergent interpretations.
We would like to propose a date for the official signing of the MOU – is Thursday, May 13, 2021 a possibility for you? (We have included the date in the editorial changes, attached)

The Head of IMPA, Dr. Shlomit Wagman will be signing on behalf of IMPA.
We suggest sharing signed copies of the MOU through the ESW, which in our experience has proven to be successful.
Thus, we will send you a copy of the MOU with Dr. Wagman signature, and will be happy if you could print it out and then add the signature of the person signing on behalf of your FIU, and send us back a copy with both signatures.
If in addition you require an original copy of the signed MOU we can arrange to send it to you through the diplomatic channel.
If this is acceptable to you we will be happy to finalize the particular date for the signature.
