Please find below a message on behalf of the FIU Philippines regarding some technical issues faced with the ESW Unit.

Dear Colleague,
Please be inform that the AMLC is having issue on its ESW service unit (PC). The Windows operating system is corrupted and needed to be reinstalled. We have coordinated this matter to our IT team to fix the issue. However, they found that there are errors
in the hard disk that needed to be fixed. Temporarily, we are running on a "Safe Mode".
Furthermore, we kindly ask to the egmont secretariat to relay the information on our behalf to other egmont members as we are experiencing some difficulties in accessing/sending our correspondences. We apologize for any delay/inconvenience that this
may cause. We will make an effort to respond to communication at our earliest convenience.
