I want to inform you that May 10th was the final deadline for collecting your comments and endorsement of the Memo seeking your out-of-session approval of the 2021-2022 Membership Contribution Matrix.
No opposition to the endorsement of the Memo was expressed within the deadline provided. We received several positive endorsement messages. Therefore, within the authority granted to me by the EG Charter, I would like to conclude the consensus within the Egmont Group to endorse the above-mentioned Memo and the 2021-2022 Membership Contribution Matrix. The secretariat will issue your invoice early next week prior to the deadline of May 20, 2021.

I am pleased to present a Memo seeking your out-of-session approval of the 2021-2022 Membership Contribution Matrix.
Please see attached the Memo along with the 2021-2022 Membership Contribution Matrix. The numbers in the column titled “Membership Contribution for 2022” will be used in May 2021 to invoice the membership contributions for 2021-2022. The contributions have been calculated using the same funding formula as in past approved matrices using GDP data for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Your comments are highly appreciated until the close of business on Monday, May 10, 2021. Please be kindly advised that no response will be considered as tacit endorsement.
