Thank you for your letter and ongoing cooperation.

We would like to express our gratitude for the high standard of information requests sent to IMPA; the grounds for suspicion as well as the link to Israel was well explained in all cases, and in most cases, predicate offences of money laundering were specified.

Responses to our information requests were generally received in a timely manner, however they consisted of very limited information, and in many cases no information at all. We recognize with appreciation the high capabilities of Rosfinmonitoring, vast access to databases and advanced analytical tools, as indicated in the EBC and well portrayed in the recent MER of Russia. We would have appreciated more comprehensive replies with greater detail in future cases.

You have sent us several spontaneous disclosures in recent years, reflecting your willingness for cooperation which is also appreciated.

Wishing you a good and healthy year with continued fruitful cooperation.

תחילה בדקתי מול המחקר, ביקשתי מהם משוב מפורט לכל התשובות שהתקבלו מרוסיה בשלוש שנים האחרונות, וציינתי נקודות להתייחסות

היו קרוב לעשרים תשובות

לצערי, באופן גורף המענים לא כללו מידע או שכללו מידע מצומצם ביותר, הערתי את זה בסוף - ראה בבקשה אם זה ברור ואם זאת לא בוטה
