Dear Heads of FIU,
Please be advised that the EGS Senior Officer, Ms Claire CHEN, who was seconded by the AMLD-Taiwan to the EGS in
September 2015, will return to her home agency at the end of her secondment, end of August 2019. In consideration of the very positive outcomes of this secondment arrangement, the EGS has been working closely with the AMLD-Taiwan to select the next secondee,
Ms. Meng Chun (Michelle) OU YANG, to the EGS office.
You will find attached an MoU of this secondment and Ms OU YANG’s CV, which was reviewed by the Egmont Committee (EC). The EC agreed to refer it to the HoFIU for out-of-session approval.
This mail is sent for out-of-session approval. Please feel free to provide your comments
by 23 May 2019.
As usual, a non-response will be considered as tacit approval for the attached memo.
