*** Letter to all IEWG members***
Dear IEWG members,
We trust this letter finds you well!
Following the IEWG meeting in The Hague, The Netherlands (1-2 July, 2019), and in accordance with Article IX of the IEWG Rules on Internal Procedures, please find attached a draft Summary Document, which outlines the outcomes of the meeting
and the main decisions taken by IEWG. As required by the Rules on Internal Procedures, the format of the summary document is now changed with the main aim to shorten the document and reflect the main outcomes of the discussion as well as the main position
expressed by the membership.
Please bear in mind that the list of participants is formed based on information provided through the registration process. At the end of the document there is a summary (analysis) of the survey which was conducted after the IEWG meeting.
We would highly appreciate your review and comments of the attached summary document (preferably in track-changes), by replying to this email,
by Friday 8th November, 2019. After this initial stage of consultations the document will be amended respectively and published on the ESW - IEWG Community page, before its official adoption during our next meeting in Mauritius, January
2020.
If you have any questions, please contact the EGS (Mr. Nedko Krumov - Senior Officer (nedko.krumov@egmont.org)).
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
Best regards,
The Egmont Group Secretariat
