Dear EUROPE II members,
We trust you are well.
As you are aware, the HoFIU agreed to launch a project aiming to assess the IT business needs of the organisation (the EG IT review project). The Egmont Group Strategic Plan (2018-2021) outlines as one of its Strategic Initiatives, Areas of Focus - the assessment
of the current technology used within Egmont Group.
The HoFIU also decided that this project should be conducted with the assistance of an external contractor. One of the initiative that should be taken (by the contractor) within the project is an interview with the Regional Representatives in order to explore
the regional views about the IT Business needs.
Based on the above-mentioned, the EUROPE II Regional Group needs to form a view about the IT Business needs of the Egmont Group (from the regional perspective). In order to do that we would like to kindly ask you to fill the attached short (initial) questionnaire
and send it back to the following email:
nedko.krumov@egmont.org by November 22nd, 2019. This topic will be also discussed during our next regional meeting in Strasbourg - December 4th, 2019.
Please bear in mind that IEWG is currently collecting the views of its members by using similar questionnaire. In this sense, our purpose is not to duplicate efforts but to rather explore the regional perspective on this very important subject matter, as
it should determine the future development of the organisation. Therefore, we would be very grateful to have your feedback.
