We trust you are well.
Following-up on the email below, we are happy to inform you that the restructuring of the document library in the ESW Home Community is complete. A new tab "Document Library" is now available on the ESW Home Community (see image below) where you may find many direct links to relevant Egmont Group content, including: governance documents, operational reports (including bulletins and public summaries), training packages and papers discussed during the Egmont Group meetings. We hope this will ease access to documents by reducing the need to access the actual folders of the library for retrieving content.
Links are also available to translated versions of core documents, training packages and operational reports or publications. As more translations will become available they will be linked to this new tab.
Hoping that you will find this useful, we welcome any feedback for further improving users' access to ESW content.

We trust you are well.
Please note that the Egmont Group Secretariat (EGS) has started a process of restructuring the document library in the ESW Home Community in an effort to facilitate access to documents. A new folder structure has been designed and implemented by the EGS and documents that were already into the system have been moved to the new ‘tree’ structure. You may see that by following the path: ESW Home Community/Document Library/Home/NEW DOCUMENT LIBRARY (2016-onward).
In a second phase, the EGS will start uploading additional content to the new document library folder. This may result, over the following days, in a high number of content notifications within your secure e-mail inbox ONLY if you are subscribed to the document library of the Home Community. Please disregard them as they will not require action.
In a third phase, the EGS will develop with the support of the ESW Support Team a new ‘tab’ in the Home Community where the most relevant documents will be hyperlinked for easy access.
