Dear Colleagues,
Attached is the second written reminder letter from Mrs. Robyn Hopkins, Senior Financial Officer of the Egmont Group Secretariat, regarding the outstanding Egmont Group Membership Contribution for FY
2021-2022.
Payment is requested
immediately. According to the procedures in place, if payment is not received in full by the EGS by
01 October 2021, the consequences are:
1. There will be 25% surcharge on your current membership contribution.
2. The Executive Secretary will write to the Member with outstanding contributions, copied to the Regional Representative, requesting immediate payment of the membership contribution and the
25% surcharge.
3. The Executive Secretary will issue a Warning of Suspension if payment is not made immediately.
If payment has already been sent, please send us the copy of wire transfer report, or payment swift, so we can trace the payment.
Please acknowledge receipt of this letter by ESW email.
