I hope this message finds you well.
Following up on Secretariat’s communication below regarding the call for nominations for one vacant position of Egmont Group Vice Chair, I would like to inform you that no nomination was received by last Friday’s deadline. Consistent with the provision of the Terms of Reference and Selection Procedure for the Vice Chair of the Egmont Group (paragraph no.2 - attached), the nomination period is extended for a further 2 weeks. Details about the roles and responsibilities of EG Vice Chairs, the eligibility for selection criteria as well as the nomination process are available in the Call for nominations attached.
Interested candidates are invited to submit their nomination via Egmont Secure Web to the Executive Secretary of the Egmont Group – Mr. Jérôme Beaumont, at jerome.beaumont@egmont.org.
The new deadline is Friday, March 05th, 2021 (COB Ottawa).
